Our client is an award-winning gastropub with rooms situated in a beautiful Cotswolds village, recognised for its refined cuisine, warm hospitality, and strong focus on seasonal, organic produce. As part of a respected and growing hospitality group, they are now seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to take ownership of the bar operation and enhance the drinks offering, complementing an exceptional food experience.
Due to the rural location, you must be able to drive and have your own mode of transport.

1. £42,000 per annum plus circa £6,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Bar Manager…
7. Leading the bar operation day to day, ensuring exceptional service and presentation
8. Creating and developing seasonal, ingredient-led cocktails and drinks menus
9. Managing stock, ordering, margins and GP in line with commercial targets
10. Training, mentoring and motivating the bar team to deliver consistent standards
11. Working closely with senior management and the wider food and beverage team
You’ll be a great fit if you:
12. Have strong experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a quality environment
13. Are confident with mixology, premium spirits and seasonally driven drinks
14. Take pride in delivering warm, personal and polished guest service
15. Remain calm and organised during busy services
16. Enjoy leading a team and developing people
