What You’ll Bring To The Table
* Be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced automation solutions through Robotic Process Automation technologies.
* Identify potential automation opportunities, document processes in detail.
* Oversee the successful implementation and maintenance of RPA bots.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
* Strong communication skills to bridge business teams and technologists, with a focus on driving innovation through technology.
* Extensive RPA experience using tools like UiPath or Power Automate, with UiPath certification required.
* Proven ability in process analysis, design, optimisation, and managing RPA robots in production, collaborating with business analysts for technical solutions.
* Solid knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum), with hands-on experience in C#, VB, Python, PowerShell, and MySQL/Oracle databases.
* Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure), version control (Git), APIs, JSON, XML, SAP, and experience in Financial Services, Automotive Finance, or Retail Consumer Finance.
