Structural Engineer – Steel Fabrication (Outside IR35 Contract)

Contract Length: 12 Months
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
My fabricator client is looking for a freelance Structural Engineer on a 12-month contract basis.
The Role:
* Extensive experience with steel structures, particularly in portal frame design, connection detail design or temporary works.
Requirements:
* Proven background in structural steelwork, ideally with a fabricator
* Expertise in portal frame structures, connection design, and temporary works
* Proficient in industry-standard software (e.g., Tekla, IDEA StatiCa, TSD, etc.)
This is a 12-month Outside IR35 role. UK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
