Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Infrastructure (Sellafield)

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor.
This is a key commercial role within the project team, responsible for managing costs and contractual matters across complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account.
* Administer NEC contracts, including compensation events and change management.
* Monitor project costs, forecasts and reporting.
* Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and accounts.
* Identify risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
* Support commercial strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor within civils or infrastructure.
* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management processes.
* Experience on major projects or regulated environments.
* Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
