18.5 hours per week Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday
Are you committed to helping vulnerable people to move into and maintain independent tenancies? Are you organised, self motivated and a good team player with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience of working with vulnerable people, preferably in a social housing environment? If so, we would love to hear from you.
You would be joining a small team dedicated to supporting vulnerable tenants. Your main duties will be to:
* Advise on benefit eligibility and provide help in making applications
* Provide budgeting advice
* Maximise support from other agencies
* Advise and support tenants to set up tenancies and comply with tenancy agreements
* Work positively with internal and external teams and partners
