About the Role

We are seeking new team members to join us as Guest Services Team Member Plus.
As a Guest Services Team Member Plus, you will work on a Monday and a Friday cleaning our accommodation and delivering excellent service to our guests during their holiday. You will help guests curate their stay by providing advice on our product offerings and local area.
We aim to make our guests’ holidays fun and memorable. If issues arise, you will assist guests in resolving them using your empathy and problem-solving skills, logging feedback, and following up accordingly. You will also be involved in managing the check-in experience and assisting guests face-to-face with any needs.
Live-in accommodation is available for these roles.
Key Responsibilities
We seek fast-paced, motivated individuals who love to get involved and learn. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people are essential. Being a team player who supports colleagues and has a confident telephone manner to offer solutions is important. Comfort with using different systems to log jobs and feedback is required.
We provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop the necessary skills. No two days will be the same, offering variety through working with different team members and guests.
