Your primary responsibility will beto attract new members, particularly those of high net worth, throughstrategic networking, social media engagement, event attendance, andbuilding strong rapport with executive assistants (EAs) and personalassistants (PAs) who support directors and partners. You will focus ontargeting individuals and entities that would benefit from the exclusiveofferings of our establishment, which include fine dining, wedding events,and membership networking opportunities.Membership Acquisition: Develop andexecute innovative strategies to attract new members, with a specific focuson high net worth individuals and professionals from prominent firms.Leverage networking opportunities, both in-person and via social mediaplatforms, to identify and engage potential members. Establish and maintainrelationships with EAs and PAs to explore membership opportunities for theexecutives and partners they support. Identify and approach celebrities andhigh-profile individuals to discuss potential membership.Marketing andPromotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targetedmarketing campaigns and promotional materials aimed at attracting newmembers. Utilize digital marketing channels, including social mediaplatforms and email campaigns, to raise awareness of the club and itsofferings. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions topromote the club and expand its reach within the target demographic.ClientRelationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service toprospective members, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly andprofessionally. Conduct tours of the club facilities for interested partiesand effectively communicate the value proposition of membership. Build andmaintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage retentionand referrals.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research toidentify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth within thetarget demographic. Analyze membership data and feedback to assess theeffectiveness of marketing strategies and make recommendations forimprovement.Qualifications: Proven track record of success in sales,marketing, or business development, ideally within the hospitality orluxury sector. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with theability to engage with individuals at all levels of the business and socialhierarchy. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with theability to articulate the value proposition of membership convincingly.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-drivenmindset. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketingtechniques.
