Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and inspiring business lessons to KS4 and KS5 students.
* Develop and implement a curriculum that fosters critical thinking and business acumen.
* Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to support their academic growth.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and independent thought.
* Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and contribute to departmental goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A degree in Business, Business Education, or a related field.
* A teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
* Proven experience teaching business at secondary school level is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of business theory and practical applications in real-world settings.
