What Youll Be Doing: Supporting the Head Chef in leading a brigade of 10 (and growing!) Cooking fresh, seasonal dishes using top-quality, locally sourced ingredients Preparing menus that change 45 times a year to keep things creative and exciting Catering for weddings, conferences, and restaurant service multitasking is key!
