We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across our South-East leisure centres. Youll drive customer acquisition and retention, manage multi-channel campaigns and ensure our brand reflects and supports the needs of local communities. Working closely with regional and national teams, youll develop and deliver impactful marketing strategies that support commercial growth.
Responsibilities
* Leading regional marketing strategy and campaign delivery
* Driving customer acquisition and retention across leisure centres
* Managing digital and offline marketing channels to boost engagement
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to grow brand presence
* Supporting local teams with tailored marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions
* Overseeing marketing performance, reporting on ROI and campaign outcomes
* Managing the regional marketing budget and leading a small team
Requirements
* Strong people management skills
* Minimum of 2 years\' marketing experience, in a commercially focused role or equivalent
* Significant experience contributing to business and organisational plans and strategy development
* Experience of establishing and working to achieve and exceed targets
* Proven track record of delivering successful marketing and campaigns
* Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and experience developing digital marketing programmes
* Ability to translate the organisation\'s business plan into action
* Excellent project development and planning skills
* Well-developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade
* Team oriented, able to work across organisation boundaries and support colleagues
* Able to work flexibly with a high level of autonomy
* Mobility to travel across sites
* Good communication and presentation skills, able to think on feet and respond to difficult questions
* Excellent time management skills to manage multiple priorities

Salary: up to £34,950 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (Rota basis)
