About The Position
In the role of Brand Auditor you will support the Head of Risk in identifying, measuring, and evaluating different types of risks that can affect our business. You will engage and work closely with our restaurant teams, providing coaching, support and leadership around our brand standards, by carrying out 3rd party evaluations in our company and franchise restaurants producing a detailed action plan as an output. You will be knowledgeable about the industry you operate in, so that they are able to identify the risks posed to their specific organisation.
As a Brand Auditor, you are an ambassador for our brand compliance. Your attention to detail and ability to coach in the moment, will determine your impact and ability to support the success of our compliance standards, across one system.
What do you bring
* Previous experience as Brand Auditor or 2 years Restaurant General Manager.
* Be up to date with Health & Safety knowledge, with H&S / Food Safety Level 3 Training completed.
* Efficient diary-management, ensure quarterly visits are scheduled and executed in line with company expectations.
* Ability to discuss and demonstrate success in managing/coaching as a subject expert to all levels of the business.
* Self motivated, energetic and tenacious individual, with the ability to identify and manage business risk.
* Operation of a computer work-station and other office equipment (in particular the ability to use word,
* Ability to drive in the UK – full clean driving licence.
* The ability to coach others with tact and patience.
Keen interest in food and food development, ideally backed up by relevant experience.

* Managing Change - The Brand Auditor is expected to be proactive in supporting and implementing change. They should demonstrate compliance through commitment to deliver a health and safety focused environment.
