Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative at our client's Italian Ready Meal site in Old Leake - 9 miles outside of Boston. Factory is producing chilled pasta meals, such as Carbonara, Lasagne, Bolognese, Canelones and similar.
Staffline is recruiting Food Production Operatives to work in Old Leake, near Boston.

The rates of pay for Production Operatives are:
- Days: £ per hour and overtime £ per hour
- Nights: £ per hour and overtime £ per hour
This is full time role working days and nights 12-hour shift pattern. The hours of work are:
- Days: 6am to 6pm
- Nights: 6pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative you will be:
- Involved in the production and packaging of Italian Pasta Ready Meals
- Checking and weighing raw materials
- Handfilling ingredients as per the recipe
This job is working in a chilled environment.

Our Perfect Production Operative is a self-motivated individual and can work well as part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment.
No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as full training is provided.
