We’re recruiting for a growing group of companies rolling out Salesforce CRM across a newly acquired portfolio. They are looking for a Salesforce CRM Specialist to lead and support the implementation, ensure system scalability, and align the platform with evolving business needs.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the configuration and rollout of Salesforce CRM across multiple business entities
* Gather and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce workflows, automations, and data structures
* Drive post-implementation improvements focused on usability, dashboard/reporting, and user adoption
* Ensure high-quality data management across leads, opportunities, and case workflows
* Provide internal support, documentation, and end-user training
* Act as a trusted advisor on CRM best practices and strategic usage
* Collaborate with internal IT and external partners on integrations and long-term enhancements
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience implementing and customising Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
* Proficiency in automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder, plus strong skills in dashboards, reports, page layouts, and permissions
* Proven experience supporting multiple teams or business units with tailored CRM solutions
* Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Salesforce Administrator or similar certification preferred
* Based in the UK or EU, with fluent English and willingness to travel occasionally if required
