Overview
We have a great opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our Housing Development and Regeneration team within the Real Estate Group as a Personal Assistant. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting fee earners by delivering high-quality secretarial and administrative assistance that enables seamless legal service delivery to clients. You'll be actively involved in managing and coordinating the day-to-day workload of your fee earners, taking a proactive approach to ensure everything runs smoothly. Responsible for delegating tasks to other support services, including document production, file management, and scanning/copying. You'll also take the initiative to understand client needs in depth, ensuring a consistently high standard of service for both fee earners and clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of a dynamic legal team.
Responsibilities
Support fee earners by providing high-quality secretarial and administrative assistance and ensuring seamless legal service delivery. Manage and coordinate day-to-day workloads, delegate tasks to support staff for document production, file management, scanning and copying. Understand client needs in depth and maintain a high standard of service for both fee earners and clients.
Qualifications
Strong IT skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and research tools. Ability to learn and navigate firm systems quickly. Confident, professional telephone manner, able to handle routine client queries independently. Strong communication, organisational, teamwork skills and high attention to detail. Practical, flexible, proactive, dependable approach to task management. Ability to stay calm under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritise effectively, and take initiative.
