We are currently recruiting for a Contract Controller Admin & Customer Service to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Ellesmere Port. Key Responsibilities
* Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently
* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
* Supporting contract administration and documentation
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
* Scheduling and coordinating appointments or service requests
* General office administration duties
Requirements
1. Previous experience in administration and customer service
2. Strong communication and organisational skills
3. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
