Offer description

Our client is looking for a motivated IFA Administrator to support their Financial Advisers in providing tailored advice and reports to clients. This role involves assisting with client onboarding, administration, and office processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company procedures.


Key Responsibilities

* Client Acquisition & Management: Manage client onboarding and process client forms in the CRM
* Perform client ID and AML verification checks
* Submit and chase applications with providers
* Organise and attend client meetings where required


Existing Clients

* Maintain client review schedules and prepare performance data
* Update portfolios and cashflow scenarios
* Support clients with queries and Investor Portal (MoneyLocker)


Reporting & Administration

* Prepare meeting minutes, suitability reports, and follow-up emails
* Support Financial Advisers with documentation and action points


Office Management

* Diary management for client meetings and adviser schedules
* Assist in developing office procedures and support the senior management team
* Maintain office supplies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations


Skills & Experience

* Understanding of financial planning and investment products (administrative experience)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Type

Contract: Permanent | Hours: 35 per week | Holidays: 25 days | Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
