TBusiness Development Manager – CDMO Location: Permanent
£40,000 - £50,000 plus bonus
NRL are keen to speak with experienced Business Development Managers for a new position located in Scotland.
The ideal candidate will have experience across both Human and Animal health, and will be well versed in growing a customer base.
Lead the development and execution of a CDMO commercial strategy, working closely with global internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, understanding their evolving needs across pharmaceutical sciences, development, and manufacturing.
Prepare, negotiate, and finalise high-quality proposals and contracts that align with client objectives and revenue targets.
Serve as a key liaison for addressing client challenges, partnering with internal scientific teams across global sites to provide solutions and secure new business.
Proven success in business development within the pharmaceutical, CDMO, or animal health sectors, ideally with experience in commercial manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of the global animal health sector, with an understanding of veterinary regulatory affairs, clinical development, and product development.
Extensive network within animal health.
