What you'll do:
As an Employment Solicitor, your role will be diverse and challenging. You will provide expert legal advice on a wide spectrum of non-contentious employment law issues and assisting with contentious employment matters, from initial consultations to representing clients in tribunal proceedings. You'll have the opportunity to:
* Provide expert legal advice on a range of non-contentious employment law issues including contracts, disciplinary matters, grievances, redundancy, TUPE, and tribunal claims.
* Assist with contentious employment matter ranging from initial fixed fee appointments to representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings.
* Support both individuals and businesses with practical, commercially focused employment law solutions.
* Assist with settlement agreements and negotiation with the other side.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent client service.
