Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with inbound customer queries via telephone, email, and the website
* Providing quotations and processing customer orders
* Assisting the external sales team with information, pricing, and quotes
* Liaising with the tech support team for technical product queries
* Utilising the MS Office suite for documentation and reporting
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
* Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a commercial (Business to Business) environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in using MS Office suite
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
