We’re working with an internationally respected electronics manufacturer seeking to hire a UK Sales Manager to spearhead growth across the region. This is a commercially focused leadership role, blending direct ownership of strategic customer relationships with responsibility for guiding and developing a compact, high-performing sales team. At its core, this is a revenue-driven position. You’ll shape and implement the UK territory plan, take personal responsibility for key and flagship accounts, and collaborate closely with applications engineering and internal stakeholders to convert technical opportunities into long-term commercial wins. In parallel, you’ll mentor and support the regional team to expand market presence, deepen customer engagement, and accelerate overall performance. The successful individual will have a strong background in key account management within electronic or electromechanical components, with confidence managing complex sales cycles — from early-stage technical discussions through to executive-level negotiations. Prior team leadership experience is beneficial, but equally important are commercial instinct, clear communication, credibility with customers, and the drive to lead by example.
