As the Field Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and exceeding business goals.
Day to day, you'll lead a team of skilled Lift & Escalator Engineers working on industrial lifts.
Guiding them towards successfully achieving our Business Plan targets for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), LOLER defects, and call-outs within our branch's designated area.
Ensuring that they consistently deliver exceptional service that aligns with our company values and Health and Safety standards.
This job is a great opportunity for an experienced Lift Engineer looking to progress into a management role.
The successful candidate will be based from our Brackley Service Branch, however, travel throughout Brackley is to be expected therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
Monday-Thursday and Friday 08.00-15:45 Field Service Manager Job Responsibilities: Efficiently plan Lift and Escalator Engineers workloads Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
