This role provides an excellent opportunity for a developing GP to gain broad clinical exposure, strong support, and long-term stability through ARRS funding. You will deliver a range of duties outlined in the GMS contract, including consultations, clinical administration, prescribing responsibilities, and continuity of care across PCN sites. Main Responsibilities Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations for a wide range of clinical presentations. Undertake home visits and nursing home reviews as required. Manage repeat prescriptions, medication queries, and relevant clinical documentation. Screen patients for risk factors, early signs of illness, and chronic disease indicators. Lead on clinical decision-making for undifferentiated and complex cases. Request, interpret and action diagnostic tests, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
