The role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven Sales Progression Manager to oversee the journey of reserved new homes from reservation through to exchange and legal completion. This is a pivotal role, acting as the central point of coordination between purchasers, solicitors, sales teams, mortgage brokers, agents and internal departments to ensure a smooth, compliant and customer‑focused experience.
The successful candidate will proactively manage all legal milestones, identify and resolve risks to exchange or completion, and play a key role in reducing cancellations and improving exchange times. Alongside sales progression, the role carries full responsibility for AML compliance, ensuring all documentation is accurately verified, recorded and audit‑ready in line with regulatory and company requirements.
You will provide structured sales administration support across developments, maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing sales documentation, producing progression and risk reports, and supporting sales teams with timely, reliable information. Strong stakeholder management is essential, with regular liaison across internal teams and external partners to maintain momentum and meet business objectives.
Experience Required
This role suits someone with proven experience in property or property development, a solid understanding of the conveyancing process, exceptional organisational skills and a confident, proactive approach to compliance, coordination and customer service.
