We are recruiting maternity cover for the Customer Care and Complaints Officer to be part of a small team with the aims of improving customer service and providing a single point of contact for complaints relating to the Council’s citizens. The Officer will also be the Ombudsman Link Officer for the Housing Ombudsman and Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman on behalf of the Council.
Working closely with the Customer Care and Complaints Manager, the post-holder will ensure that the Council is fully compliant with the regulatory framework for the Local Government Ombudsman’s Complaints Handling Code
