What You'll Be Doing:
* Supervising day-to-day warehouse operations and supporting the team
* Allocating tasks and monitoring performance to meet deadlines and KPIs
* Ensuring parcels are processed accurately and efficiently
* Overseeing compliance with all health & safety regulations
* Leading, motivating, and coaching team members
* Liaising with management to address operational needs and improvements
