About the Role Title: Customer Services Administrator Role: Permanent, full time - flexibility for 4 day work week. Location: Chester, office based Salary: up to £29K per annum Benefits: 26 days annual leave bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, free onsite parking, and more. Key Responsibilities * Act as the first point of contact for B2B customer queries across phone, email, and live chat. * Manage and resolve customer enquiries, escalating appropriately when required. * Handle high volumes of inbound interactions while ensuring accurate data entry into CRM systems. * Develop knowledge of product portfolios to provide effective troubleshooting support. * Work towards agreed service targets and KPIs, ensuring complaints are managed professionally and in line with regulations. Key Skills & Experience * Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple channels. * Excellent attention to detail with the ability to update and manage cases in CRM systems. * Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards. * A positive, enthusiastic approach with a willingness to learn and adapt. * Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment (CRM/Salesforce experience desirable).
