Our team in Essex is looking for a Telesales Executive to join the team based at the Waltham Abbey site.
Role Responsibilities:
Ensure the effective management of a defined customer portfolio to deliver margin and volume growth, while continuously improving Customer Service.
Drive improvement in gross margin through volume gains, product, and trade mix.
Commercial Development
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new K&B customers to ensure K&B is the supplier of choice.
Ensure effective order capture and entry into the ERP system across the defined customer portfolio, ensuring K&B delivers on its daily service promise.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly delivery of Gross Margin and Credit performance targets.
Collaborate with internal and external sales colleagues to drive customer growth and develop new business opportunities, with clear reporting.
Manage customer pricing to increase margin per customer and ensure customers meet minimum drop targets.
Provide internal sales support for external Territory Salespeople on customer pricing, quotes, and service or quality issues.
Establish and operate an effective communication network to provide timely and accurate information relevant to our commercial activities.
Develop effective links across the business, especially with Commercial, Technical, Credit, Procurement, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Business Management
Manage the existing customer base effectively, including margin management, customer trials, service levels, and complaint resolution.
Promptly address issues such as credit risks, quality concerns, new account management, and lost business.
Manage all administrative requirements of customers within the territory efficiently.
Manage sector customers and communicate relevant information to the business in a timely manner.
Kluman & Balter Corporate
Ensure the Kluman & Balter Sales Manager is fully informed on territory business performance and aligned with company policies.
Perform any other duties appropriate to this role as needed.
Maintain and develop a positive Health & Safety culture.
