This role is based on the University campus with flexible/hybrid working arrangements.
Are you a qualified clinical professional with experience leading an Occupational Health service? Do you excel in providing high-quality, professional occupational health services? Can you build effective relationships at a senior level to support service standards?
You will manage the Occupational Health Service, develop processes and procedures to meet university needs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide expert support and advice on occupational health activities.
Reporting to the Head of Health and Wellbeing, you will oversee the delivery of an in-house occupational health service, maintain robust data systems, and develop initiatives like pre-registration support for medical students, health screening, and proactive health services.
You should understand the occupational health landscape and have innovative ideas on supporting a large, complex organisation, including themes like neurodiversity, policy development, and AI integration.
