Project Coordinator / Administrator South Wales £28,000 - £30,000 The Project Coordinator / Administrator will support project planning, execution, and administrative functions within the manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, documentation, communication, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with operational goals. Role & Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking manufacturing projects. Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across production, engineering, procurement, and quality teams. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, RFQs, purchase orders, and change requests. Assist with audits, compliance documentation, and internal reporting requirements. Assist in maintaining production and project KPIs.Knowledge, Skills & Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or operations role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and project management tools is an advantage.
