The Role:
1. Responsible for 2 key accounts.
2. Managing booking requests via online platform or phone from fleet customers and handling any enquiries
3. Supporting the preparation of the vehicle and booking communication progression liaising with all departments and the end customer
4. Supporting budget holders to ensure the booking process, availability and requirements are met with ease
5. Process vehicle factory or stock orders to fulfil customer requests in line with service levels set
6. Ensuring fleet inventory is up to date
7. Liaising with customer teams
8. Running daily and weekly reports and supporting Account Manager with insight of the bookings and fleet
9. Submission of texts to remind customers of the booking plans
10. Support any special vehicle needs, VIPs, exemptions and renewals
11. Work collaboratively with team to seek improvements and efficiency in processes
12. Managing the vehicle damage/recharge and debtors list
13. Any other additional admin tasks where required
What kind of person we are looking for?:
14. Be experienced with Excel and presenting information and data
15. Good customer service skills
16. Good administration skills
17. A keen eye for detail and accurate data entry skills
18. Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
19. Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, prioritising workload
