What Youll Be Doing: Providing one-to-one and small group support in the classroom, through outreach, and outdoor learning.
Helping prepare learning resources and assisting with lesson delivery.
Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management strategies.
Writing daily progress reports and communicating regularly with parents/carers.
Being a calm, positive role model for learners facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

Who Were Looking For: A genuine passion for working with pupils who have SEND and SEMH needs
At least 2 years experience in a SEND or alternative provision environment
Confidence in managing behaviours positively and supportively
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
