* Partner with premium & luxury fashion, lifestyle & consumer brands to identify, attract and place world-class talent
* Build and manage deep, long-term client partnerships with professionalism, insight and care
* Drive business development with authenticity, creativity and commercial acumen
* Match exceptional individuals to exceptional opportunities with intelligence and intuition
* Collaborate with a small, dynamic, high-performing team driven by trust, integrity and results
Your Experience
The individual matters most to us.
For this role, you must have one of the following backgrounds:
Required
* A current Recruitment Consultant with a background in premium retail, fashion, or lifestyle, or highly relevant sector
* OR
* A Talent Acquisition Specialist who has worked specifically within premium retail, fashion or lifestyle brands or highly relevant sector
Alternatively, you will be
* A Business Development expert in premium retail, fashion, lifestyle or highly relevant sector.
Additionally, you will bring:
* High emotional intelligence and commercial insight
* Drive, resilience and an entrepreneurial mindset, happy to work autonomously as well as part of a team
* Confidence managing end-to-end recruitment processes
* A genuine interest in the luxury and premium landscape
* Proven delivery in previous roles, consistent high standard of performance
* Strong values, honesty, integrity and a collaborative spirit
* UK-based with regular access to London (you live within 2 hours commute - essential)
Desirable
* Additional languages, yet non-essential
