IT Support Analyst / Stratford-Upon-Avon
Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for delivering top-notch IT support? We’ve partnered with the UK’s leading provider of environmental compliance and data management services who are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their team.
What You’ll Do:
* Be the go-to for up to 400 staff, providing exceptional end-user support alongside their team.
* Diagnose and resolve IT issues, ensuring seamless service delivery within agreed SLAs.
* Collaborate on exciting technical projects, maintain infrastructure, and support their Microsoft stack (Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, and more).
* Champion cybersecurity, contribute to ISO 27001 compliance, and support business continuity efforts.
* Coach and guide juniors to success while driving innovation in IT processes.
* Be comfortable working on Service Desk and dealing with tickets and process to a timely manner.
Who You Are:
* You bring 4+ years of IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
* You’re a proactive, organised communicator who loves working with both technical and non-technical teams.
* Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Intune, M365, Teams) is a big plus.
* SQL, Endpoint and ServiceNow experience is a bonus.
* Network and infrastructure exposure is also a bonus.
