Job Description
3. Provide assistance in handling daily accounting and finance tasks with a wide range of SME Clients
4. Support in preparing financial reports and statements
5. Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
6. Creating tax summaries for clients.
7. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
8. Support the auditing processes
9. Coordinate with the team to improve financial processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
10. Educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Relevant experience
11. Available to work in or travel to Dunfermline.
12. Good understanding of accounting and financial principles
13. Proficiency in accounting software
14. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
15. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
