Position: Residential Support Worker
Location: Hernebay
The Residential Support Worker will motivate children, young people, and young adults to develop life skills, participate in leisure, educational, and social activities within a safe, structured environment.
Salary and Benefits
£30,160 per annum (£12.50/hour, including 2 sleep shifts per week at £40 per sleep). We also fund your NVQ Level 3 in childcare.
Purpose of the Role
To deliver high standards of care, protection, and support, facilitating the physical, psychological, emotional, and recreational development of children and young people according to individual care plans.

Essential Requirements
* Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care with Children and Young People or willingness to obtain
* Willing to work shifts, including sleepovers
* Over 21 years old (exemption under the Equality Act 2010)
Desirable Requirements
* Two years' experience in a Children's Home
* Full UK driving license
