What to expect
* Free team meals every shift and unlimited chai.
* £39,000‑£44,000 per year inclusive of tronc; paid monthly.
* Full‑time role: 5 days per week, Monday‑Sunday availability required.
* Weekly rota provided at least six days in advance.
* All‑day dining cafe operating across daytime and evening shifts.
* Access to award‑winning training programmes and support.
* Holiday entitlement paid at usual rate; sites closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day; extra day for parents.
* Smart‑casual dress code; trainers acceptable.
So, what are we looking for?
As a Floor Manager
* Previous experience as a Floor Manager in a high‑volume, multi‑faceted bar/restaurant environment.
* First‑class standards and obsessive quality orientation.
* Strong eye for detail, upholding highest safety and service standards.
* Leadership focused on people, coaching and developing team members.
* Commitment to guest and team happiness, fostering loyal guests and a positive team culture.
