In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for residents, delivering high-quality, customer-focused service over the phone. You will primarily support our busy housing repair lines, while also assisting with a range of general housing-related queries. This is a fast-paced environment, so we are seeking individuals who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
