Marketing Data Analyst

We're looking for a data-savvy and commercially minded
Marketing Data Analyst with at least 3–4 years of commercial experience
to play a key role in optimising our digital marketing performance and driving enrolment growth for our university partners.
You'll be the go-to expert for marketing analytics—leading data collection, reporting, and insight across the full funnel, from lead generation to enrolment. Collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Enrolment Services, and University Partnerships, you'll turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence strategy and improve ROI.
What you'll be doing:
* Analyse marketing and enrolment data to measure and improve campaign performance
* Build clear, insightful dashboards and performance reports using Power BI
* Track key metrics like conversion rates, CPL, and ROI across all digital channels
* Lead attribution modelling and support lead quality scoring
* Ensure clean, consistent data across platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot)
* Collaborate with teams across the UK and internationally to share insights and best practices
* Present data-driven recommendations that shape marketing strategies and budget decisions
* Support the setup of tracking tools (e.g. UTM parameters, goal conversions)
* Contribute to strategic transformation projects and marketing innovation (including AI)
What we're looking for:
* A degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field
* 3/4 Years of commercial experience - Required
* Strong skills in Power BI and Excel/Google Sheets
* Experience using analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo) and CRMs
* Proven success in campaign performance analysis and multi-channel attribution
* Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
* Ability to simplify complex data into meaningful insights and reports
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for learning
* Experience in B2C or international education is a plus
