What Youll Do Culture & People First Champion a safety-first culture across the site Encourage responsibility and ownership at every level Help teams make safe choiceseven when no ones watching Operational Safety Support or lead audits, inspections, and investigations Collaborate with operations to improve safety and efficiency Apply a problem-solving mindset to day-to-day challenges Environment & Sustainability Get involved in environmental goals, planning, and reporting Support our journey toward smarter, greener practices ISO experience is great, but not essential Training & Engagement Help deliver engaging training and safety inductions Make safety meaningfulfrom shop floor to senior leadership Build trust and buy-in through practical, relatable guidance Compliance & Reporting Keep us compliant with relevant HSE legislation Maintain open, proactive relationships with regulators Monitor data and trends to drive continuous improvement What Were Looking For Interest or experience in Health & Safety, Environment, Operations, or Continuous Improvement A relevant degree or background in a relatable field Great communication and people skills A practical, hands-on mindset with a passion for improvement NEBOSH (or working towards it), or similar qualifications/training A collaborative, can-do attitude Whether you're already in a similar role or youre a graduate ready to take your first step into SHE, were more interested in your potential and passion than ticking every box.
