We’re currently looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face and voice of our busy automotive repair centre in Swavesey. This role is key to ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience from first contact through to vehicle collection. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and customer updates Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (Automotive experience is beneficial but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks Good IT skills and confidence learning new systems A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunities Ongoing training and career development A supportive, team-focused working environment If you’re motivated by providing outstanding service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and share our values of Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity, we’d love to hear from you.
