School Administrator – Key Responsibilities As the School Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the school office. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining and updating accurate student and staff records Supporting with attendance data, reporting, and analytics Assisting with admissions, enrolment, and timetabling Managing general administrative tasks including phones, emails, and filing Welcoming visitors and providing excellent front-of-house service Liaising with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and teaching staff Supporting data management systems and producing reports as required School Administrator – Person Specification We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a busy school environment.
