* Times: 07:30 – 17:00 (42 hours per week)

Responsibilities
As a Depot Manager you will:
* Ensure customer focus is at the heart of operations
* Proactively manage the depot team and operations
* Run your own depot with independence and drive the business forward
* Deliver first-class customer service
What you’ll need
* Experience in managing a team
* Customer-focused with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise, handle workloads under pressure and meet deadlines
* Experience in Health and Safety practices at work
* Understanding of profit and loss accounts and budgets
* Ownership mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* PC literate
* General knowledge of the construction industry and trades including products
* Previous hire process experience (advantage)
* Ability to support ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
* Driving licence
