Reporting to Headof Brand & Creative: This role is responsible for producing content forPortman’s social media channels to increase brand visibility, engage keyaudiences, and support business growth. You will create high-quality visual andvideo content, identify trends, and use analytics to guide content strategy andimprove performance.
Goals
* Raise the profile of all trading brandswithin the Group
* Contribute to sales lead generation
* Measurement of activity to assess theimpact of content on the above.
* Fostering long term loyalty (customerand employee).
Key Responsibilities
* Ownership, production and delivery ofengaging, industry-relevant content to meet business objectives across allactive, and yet to be activated, social media channels as well as the companywebsites where appropriate.
* Produce graphics and video content.
* Engage with customers, partners,investors, employees, and potential talent.
* Supplementary lead generation bydriving awareness through social media.
* Position Portman as a destinationemployer and increase employer brand exposure.
* Track performance and use analytics toinform future content decisions.
* Identify and leverage trending topicsand formats to boost engagement.
* Grow an understanding of our audienceand partners to identify specific talking points / insights / engagementopportunities and piggybacking.
* Competitor market / analysis.
* Finger on the pulse regarding latestplatform algorithms and engagement tools.
* Broadcast the values of Portman throughan authentic narrative of our Culture, Mission, Achievements, EmployeeExperience, Knowledge.
Core Skills Required
* Motion graphicsand video production.
* Graphic design anddesktop publishing (Adobe Creative Suite).
* Copy writing.
* Trend spotting anddigital storytelling within niche audiences.
* A.I. Content/AssetGeneration.
* Previous use ofsocial media scheduling tools such as Zoho / HootSuite / Sprout Social.
* 5 years experience
