You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store, so no two days will be the same. Whether it’s filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock levels, or picking deliveries, every task matters to ensure our customers receive everything they came for, served quickly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
You will be responsible for the accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a hand-held terminal, and for informing the manager of any discrepancies.
Additional responsibilities include checking quality and shelf life, ensuring packaging is robust for delivery, and processing deliveries efficiently to meet targets.
Politeness when dealing with delivery staff, responding appropriately to queries and complaints, and referring complex situations to a manager are essential.
A proactive attitude, the ability to work towards designated pick rates, and punctuality in appearance and attendance are required.
