Your Role
As an Assistant Site Services Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our school site. Your efforts will help create a safe and welcoming environment for staff, pupils, and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic position, you will:
* Perform building maintenance and minor repairs, including joinery, plumbing, lock changes, and painting.
* Conduct essential health and safety checks, such as fire alarm testing and water temperature monitoring.
* Manage site security as a keyholder, ensuring the building is locked and unlocked as needed.
* Support and monitor contractors on site, ensuring adherence to all safety procedures.
* Contribute to a welcoming school environment through regular inspections and proactive maintenance.
