The role; Resolving utility bill issues with providers and councils. Managing and responding to general enquires from tenants and landlords. Responding to general enquiries from lettings and managing the Property Management inbox. Managing process for keys including keys for contractors and keys for tenants moving in. Assisting the Area Property Manager with day-to-day administration of the department What we are looking for; Highly organised and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy across all tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in fast-paced environments.
