The Company Accountant will be based at their Belfast Head Office and will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the organization. The role involves preparing financial reports, managing cash flow, budgeting, and ensuring efficient accounting administration.
Role Responsibilities:
* Financial Reporting: Prepare management and financial accounts accurately and timely.
* Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow and working capital.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts.
* Accounting Administration: Manage accounting and administrative functions within the Head Office.
Essential Criteria:
* Professional Qualification: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
* Industry Experience: At least three years relevant experience.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
* Industry Advantage: Experience in motor or aviation industries is desirable.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business drivers.
* Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation abilities.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
