Proactive Personnel Room Leader Opportunity (Waverton, Chester) Proactive Personnel are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a small, privately owned nursery located in the village of Waverton, just outside Chester. We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and motivated Room Leader to join this warm and nurturing early years setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic childcare professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, friendly environment. The Role As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in supporting childrens development, building strong relationships with families, and leading high-quality practice within the room. You will be a designated key person and will contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for all children. This is a full-time position, working between 7:30am and 6pm on a rota basis. Due to the rural location, own transport is preferred.
