Staffline are recruiting for a Area Sales Manager to work in Leicester. This is a permanent role working for an established business in the engineering sector.
Hours of work:
Monday-Friday- 8am-5pm
Your Time at Work
The ASM is responsible for generating revenue by creating opportunities, finding new business within an assigned geographical area. The ASM is also responsible for managing existing accounts and implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
The main duties and responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with key customers.
- Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Utilising outbound telephone calls, email communications and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
- Preparing concise sales reports to feed into Sales Director.
- Planning, researching, and executing potential sales opportunities in order to drive profitable market share growth for the business.
- Consistently delivers against set goals and targets.
- Perform any other duties within your capabilities as directed by the Sales Director.
