We are looking for an Onsite Physiotherapist to join our Specialist Team in providing excellent Onsite MSK and Occupational Health services to our client Dnata at Heathrow. As Onsite Physiotherapist for IPRS Health you will be working in a modern clinic alongside the Occupational Health Team providing MSK assessment and treatment with the opportunity to develop further skills in ergonomics and workplace assessments. You will be supported remotely by the wider Onsite Team and Team Lead and be involved in communicating with clients, employers and the wider IPRS Health team in order to provide a top-quality and responsive service to our Dnata client. As an Onsite Physiotherapist for IPRS Health, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of our Heathrow Dnata Services including:
* To support the Onsite Team Lead to deliver IPRS Health's Clinical KPI's, objectives and ensure the smooth day to day running of the Heathrow Dnata Site.
* To maintain duties as an Onsite Physiotherapist, by undertaking your individual clinical caseload which could include MSK Physiotherapy assessment and treatment, FCE assessments, DSE assessments and supporting Occupational Health Services provided to the client.
* To be responsible for timely, quality, medically correct and accurate client reports within IPRS standards.
* Qualified Physiotherapist with minimum 5 years clinical experience in Physiotherapy.
* Member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
* Evidence of continuing professional development.
* Experience of the Occupational Health Market.
* Previous experience of working in public and private healthcare.
* Computer literate with good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
* Proven experience in the use of Databases.
* Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
* Ability to time manage effectively and demonstrate excellent organisation skills.
* Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Location and Employment Details
* Salary £33,000 - £37,500 pro rata per annum.
* Permanent contract.
* Working over 2 days per week - Mon/Wed or Tue/Thurs - 8 hours per day.
* Location: Heathrow.
* 25 days' annual leave plus 8 days' bank holidays; increasing with completed years' service and opportunity to purchase additional leave.
